03 / Cart
Customers can review their chosen product, modify product choices without starting over, adjust quantity and add a relevant accessory while keeping the primary purchase in focus.
04 / Checkout
The checkout sequence is designed as Cart → Shipping → Payment → Review. Each step uses progressive disclosure, persistent order visibility and clear delivery choices to reduce cognitive load before the final purchase decision.
05 / Returning Customers
Saved payment and address information are designed to reduce repetitive input without creating a different checkout architecture. Returning customers use the same familiar flow, with less information to enter.
06 / Post-purchase
Account creation is intentionally offered after conversion rather than being required before purchase. This keeps the checkout path lightweight while still giving customers a clear path to save details for future orders.
07 / Mobile
The mobile experience is intentionally recomposed rather than simply scaling down desktop layouts. The concept pairs touch-friendly controls with a collapsible summary on Payment and an expanded final summary on Review, plus wallet checkout from Cart.
